This is an original style Chrome Tripod Door Mirror assembly, also known as a Junior West Coast Mirror or Camper Style Mirror. This type of mirror was a very common option or aftermarket accessory for classic American trucks and SUVs, particularly during the 1970s and 1980s.
It is an excellent, authentic-looking piece for a daily driver, an off-road rig, or a restoration project for the popular Chevy/GMC Square Body generation.
